Melbourne Museum

Melbourne Museum situated in the Carlton gardens adjacent to the Royal Exhibition building is the home of Phar Lap an Australian race industry icon.

You will also see the skeleton of a dinosaur, the Bunjilaka Aboriginal centre, the Discovery Centre and a whole lot more. Museum Victoria's collection covers a variety of nostalgic Australiana including our social history, local development of technology, culture of the indigenous people and natural sciences.

A visit to the Melbourne Museum is a rewarding educational experience for visitors of every age; opening times are 10am to 5pm daily.
